Our Information Security Approach

At Nota Software, we place great importance on code security under the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Access to application source code is authorized through TFS, with all activities logged and monitored. Systems and applications are regularly updated and protected by Comodo antivirus. Data and project source codes are backed up according to defined schedules and verified through recovery tests.
Network access is controlled by a firewall, unnecessary ports remain closed and remote connections are allowed only via VPN with management approval. The guest network is isolated from the internal network. All externally accessible applications and email interfaces are protected with SSL and the ILO port on dedicated servers is disabled.

Critical containers operate redundantly with Docker Swarm, using only official images from Docker Hub. USB access on employee computers is restricted; disks containing sensitive data are encrypted or removed before leaving the company and disks of decommissioned hardware are either destroyed or securely formatted.
